Avanishkumar Yadav

Adv. Avanishkumar Yadav is not a conventional lawyer — and that is precisely what makes him exceptional.

Before law, he was an engineer and an academic. He holds a Master’s degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering alongside a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering, and spent nearly two years as an Assistant Professor teaching Thermodynamics, Fluid Mechanics, and related subjects at an engineering institution. This foundation was not left behind when he entered law — it became his greatest professional asset.

He earned his LLB from Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi — one of India’s most respected law schools — and further sharpened his expertise with a Post-Graduate Diploma in Arbitration, Banking & Securities Law from Maharashtra National Law University Mumbai, completing it with an A+ grade.

His practice spans an unusually wide range of domains. He is enrolled at the Delhi High Court and the Allahabad High Court, and has appeared before the NCLT, Debt Recovery Tribunals, RERA Authorities, Family Courts, Consumer Forums, and Insurance, Electricity & Telecom Regulatory bodies. Over the course of his career he has handled corporate formations and compliance, IPR filings and litigation, SARFAESI and DRT matters, insolvency proceedings, matrimonial and family law disputes, child adoption cases — including cross-border adoptions involving European families — GST and taxation matters, and criminal and civil litigation across multiple jurisdictions.

One chapter of his practice stands out for its social significance: during the COVID-19 period, he represented MSMEs in rural areas that had been financially devastated by the pandemic, successfully negotiating restructured loan terms with commercial banks and securing meaningful relief for small businesses that had nowhere else to turn.

Since co-founding Lynx Legal Partners LLP in Mumbai in 2022 as Designated Partner, he has brought this multi-jurisdictional depth and cross-disciplinary thinking into a firm built for the complexity of modern Indian business — advising clients ranging from individual families to multinational corporations, across Mumbai, Delhi, and Allahabad.

When he reads a contract dispute involving a construction project, he understands the engineering. When he advises a manufacturing client on liability, he understands the system that failed. When he negotiates with a lender, he understands the financial pressure his client is actually under. That combination — technical precision, legal breadth, and genuine human engagement — is what he brings to every matter at Lynx Legal Partners.
